I'd have to go back and reread the 8-k regarding that acquisition but from what I remember, EWSI bought the assets but did not acquire 2trg in its entirety meaning that EWSI only acquired the assets it wanted from 2trg and not its liabilities.

Well that's funny they are suing for 800,000 and only 200,000 was due in the leases.....sounds like Martin got a good deal and they are mad.

Section 7. Debts, Liabilities, or Obligations Assumed. Buyer shall not assume, take subject to, or agree to pay or perform any debt, liability, or obligation of Seller existing as of the date of Closing, or arising out of events occurring or circumstances existing prior to Closing except the Assumed Liabilities as detailed in Schedule 2.

I searched the filing and couldn't find anywhere that they were supposed to pay any leases.

as soon as this info. was posted the stock went into the toidy bowl real friggin fast. I'd rather see objective info. like this posted to view instead of the "I'm buying cheapies" mantra all friggin day long. Thanks for the article, watch how this article gets slung and twisted like shi......
