The 52w high or low does not always indicate that the stock actually traded there. I've seen stocks at .01 have an accidental MM trade at .0001 for a small amount of shares at the open. Even here when we hit .02 a mistake trade posted at .002 at open, its a simple mistake & happens all the time.
Buying now is an easy 200% profit short term IMO
