With no news in months -- and the Share Price settling down in a soft but steady trend -- AND ABSOLUTELY NOT ONE SOLID SIGNED CONTRACT SINCE FOREVER -- then what would be the real positive sense for this stock ?

Only that it is falling on small volume ? Sure, you are right, but it is not very much to hang your hat on.

April 2013 GRSI deal ? Announced with great vigor, failed
Deals in Jan/Feb 2012? Several announcements, stock price LEAPS and LEAPS ? failed
Malaysia deal in 2009 ? Stock price LEAPS PAST ONE CENT FOR A BRIEF TIME ? failed

Mathematical modeling with stock charts is useful, and I live by such actions ! Looking at volume and price action . . .

Fundamental reasoning, such as that: Tirex always fails to land announced deals, stand in contrast to technical analysis - - - - in the case where, the company has no history of signed/completed deals, no financial reporting ( many times promised, AND NEVER DELIVERED, EVER ! ) and ZERO REVENUE and NO PROFITS.

I have way too many shares, not to be optimistic. But a close look at Tirex's History suggest there is little rationale left to allow optimism to reign.
