To hold it back and accumulate on the BIDS by enticing SELLS.. See
this all the time.. sometimes the ASKer is the same as the BIDer..

If you've noticed Blocks are being accumulated on the 10's heavy in
smaller blocks.. when it gets close to whacked, another 10M shows
up..

HEAVY accumulation folks.. but it's being done very quietly while
giving the impression that there is heavy selling.. LOL confirms
to me this is about to take off.
