CYTR - Issued a statement saying nothing really except that they are aware of the lawsuits and they'll deal with them privately. May get a bump here. Am just watching still.

CYTR - ($3.43) - A breakout above $3.41 was CONFIRMED today..this one went under radar. Target: $3.96 - $4.04 could be next here.
$3.43, just above support, $3.28 plus/minus 0.12. Previously showed extreme pullback & Extreme Oversold. Strong bullish 3 day chart pattern with Good 3 day accumulation too. Very Strong Outperform, short term (1-6 wks)
