Last week you said you were waiting to buy @ $4 even...but the stock only went as low as $4.12 then zoomed back up on heavy accumulation to $5.18(even higher than that in pre-market trading last Friday).
And for over 3 and a half months now of IPCI's well established uptrend...the share price has never closed below the still uptrending EMA 50 which currently sits @ $4.04.
So you can wait beneath $4 all you like just like you waited last week @ $4 and never got filled...the prevailing ingredients in play and chart doesn't support your theory that you'll even have an opportunity to buy sub 4 dollar shares here but don't blame ya for trying:)
