That's exactly how I see it - I'd rather have Jeffries and the team focusing on Franchises, Growers, Dispensaries, Products (Pipes & edibles), and the B2B in Denver.

Also, Jeffries knows that legally Vakser is no longer involved in Management of PRPM, so he's comfortable with an "ARM's LENGTH" business transaction since filings are going to prove EV is not involved in PRPM.
