Why would a company want a jv with GNCP? The facts do NOT support a jv! Be realistic about this. GNCP has no assets, no revenues, is in debt over their heads, has no confirmed new finds, the samples taken are surface samples that are meaningless, ergo no new revenue streams.....what and who in their right mind would enter into a jv with this situation?
