Hop-On could be claiming revenue it never actually sees.

As a so-called distributor, it may be just claiming (booked) sales that another company actually sold. That may be why the cost of sales are almost as much as the sales themselves.

It is very suspicious that cash from Hop-On keeps being funneled-out of the company to other companies. Green Frog Fund actually showed Peter Michaels as president. Green Frog got over $1 million in Hop-On investors cash. This is cash from Peter Michaels to another Peter Michaels entity, that suspiciously has now become inactive.

I hope that Peter can account for all that cash and can explain, if necessary, what he did with it once he gave it to his other company and why there were no payback terms or interest charged.

I don't think this is the last we hear about what the CEO did with all that cash he gave to his other company (Green Frog Fund). Did that cash pay for Peter's salary/bonuses at Green Frog?
