3D EYE Solutions Inc. would like to announce the purchase of the proprietary software package MaryGen from Luxuriant holdings for 50,000 shares of preferred shares of 3D Eye Solutions Inc. We have selected an outside contractor with over 20yrs of ERP software development in the auto aircraft and pharmaceutical industry to manage this project as we believe it is ground breaking and will have national appeal.
MaryGen is completely customized for the Cannabis marketplace. The software, MaryGen, will cover all aspects unique to the MJ marketplace such as; seed to sale and future accountability to the DEA and FDA. MaryGen will be scalable to meet all ERP needs of companies large and small in both the Recreational and Medical side of the 420 industry. We believe MaryGen will be first to market with this multifunctional business tool designed to aid companies in tracking their capital and products while maintaining regulatory compliance.
3D EYE is also pleased to have Luxuriant Holdings as an equity stake partner in the development of MaryGen and will use their influence and channels in the marijuana sector to distribute the finished product to the marketplace.
