Because of the laws right now,it is illegal for them to make $$ from mmj,like all the rest of the mmj stocks because mmj is illegal at the federal level.

Valley Organics has a break even statis in Califoria setup as a non-profit. I'm curious how this will play out now that the publicly traded companies that are in Colorado that are making $$ for the 1st Q. I suspect that the federal laws will change before they report 1st Q earnings so the feds can get their cut of the taxes that are charged on recreational mmj buyers.

LATF won't be in that first wave of reporting because they haven't been in Colorado for the 1st Q selling product. LATF is suspose to relocate there in April,so they are not as of yet selling product to recreational mmj buyers for a profit. I suspect they will be selling after the law changes,which should be very soon before Q 1 numbers are reported for the companies already selling?

Their subsidiary Mekonza IS making bank though pulling in big profits to their bottom line.GLTAL

Why would they be added to the Mj index fund back in feb 24th or so if they werent involved in pot
