You have asked a very good question, its just that nobody that I know of has an answer yet.
Before Breitling Energy BECC went public, the Bering Exploration O/S was around 38M.
If you don’t know the float, its best to assume that the entire O/S is freely trading.
Post merger, the O/S was 499M to allow Breitling to take controlling interest.
We are waiting to see if a large portion of the O/S is reduced and returned to the company treasury.
That filing should be coming soon along with amended financials.
Once the company provides that information, we will have a much better idea of where we stand here.
To be honest, the R/S to uplist is not even a concern for me personally. Some opinions will vary from mine, but I feel pretty good about the prospects here.
