Usually a little dilution is good for pinkies, raise much needed capital to fund projects, but STBV went OVER BOARD with it. Doing DD before the buy is important, my bad for not. The regA was filed, a bit unusual procedure for a pinky, CEO went to great length to snooker everyone including me.
