EBS, pls! 16Milj PPHM shares is more then 5% of the outstanding shares.

If what you say is correct then parties would have to list. Listing is also not anonymous.

Furthermore you are indirectly saying PPHM BoD/Management must be in on it. To buy these shares in sync from the ATM one must know it is running.

I think I am going to give up. Doing this for your good but for some reason it is important to you that something is going on with those shares so I'll leave you in that believe. I noticed you have a problem and tried to help but you turned it on me.

I am not saying something could not be going on but it is certainly not one of the scenario's you described until now if a party would be doing something illegal and needed absolute anonymity.
