I think everyone is missing the point. I'm sure that if it's game changing they want it protected. However, the larger point is that patents don't always protect (it's called reverse engineering) and force private info into the public realm. Plus, patents are sometimes infringed (look at Samsung vs. Apple). Therefore, the point is: if RFMK hasn't issued an application for a patent yet, it doesn't mean this is a pump/dump or scam or we are being lied to. It doesn't mean that no product exists.

And, patents don't have anything to do with stocks, TA, etc., so that isn't a valid point.
