I don't think mirror has disappeared. Yeh maybe we haven't gotten a 6 month update but who knows, maybe they don't want to give a 6 month update when at the 6 month point or shortly after there they only had half the enrollment necessary or maybe they had 3/4 or 1/5 or who knows. I would be more worried if two months from now we didn't hear that there is total enrollment...... i wouldn't want a 6 month on such tiny number of patients I want the 6 month on the whole enchilada........ and I love enchiladas

It's not particularly impossible in any manor to run several trials with 4 or 5 people. You have one person running the financial part and another person teaching the methods to the doctors via in person, telecom etc, a guy overseeing(ceo-manager whatever) etc, and other peons or scientists and what not doing the other work. I am not saying thats the order just an example. The many centers are the ones doing all the work. Then they check the people at their intervals be it 3 months or 6 months etc and report the information back to BHRT via again telecom, normal phone line email etc. That's not really that hard and/or an overwhelming proposition to run several of these at a time if the people are go getters. That being said there are so many lazy people out in the world that may be perplexed at the idea of 'multi tasking' but it doesn't make it hard to do.
