#138770 RE: Teavey #138767

Missed tons of opportunity to cash out. Now with mining valuations what they are even with financing this isn't going to make a huge move IMHO. However over the long run the upside potential is still excellent.

I was attracted by the story, Niobium which is growing in uses and demand, large easy to mine property in mining friendly and safe part of the world, huge amount of historic data already proving the viability of the project and the Keevil name which seemed to indicate capital wouldn't be a struggle and mining expertise was there.

Over time I quickly learned that the Keevil name in this case didn't buy us much and management was nothing that would be considered world class. Also the valuations expectations some were throwing around were silly at best.

But long term the project still was viable and the Gulf Minerals showed it was feasible.

It was clear by 2010 they only thing holding it back was capital. 4 years later it's still the case. It's been years of people claiming its shorts and other BS holding the stock back but it's just access to money.

The hard part of mining is getting the property the rest is time and money.
