Sorry if you can't find PACER, which is tied into very Federal Court in the country and is used by almost every attorney in the United States and millions of other parties.

For all that cant find pacer, here is info from cancerdx on Yahoo board and link to pacer

Once setting up a PACER account. Search Civil for litigation involving ARRAYIT. On results page, select the NJ litigation. From there, you can search History or Docket/Documents. You can look at all dates or limit the search to a period starting 3/20/2014 to only get the latest filing. Select the filing from the results. The key document is Exhibit 1 to the Motion for Leave. The Term Agreement is at the end of the Exhibit 1.

You get charged small amounts for search results and pages but you can do this for less than $5. If you do it now, your account will be less than $15 at the end of March and you will be charged zero and your account balance resets for Q2 2014.
