I don't know for sure yet who they are partnering with. No need to repeat rumors. It won't be an issue spotting the permit though. I'll be surprised if we don't know more prior to permit time anyways.
The interesting part is how they would fund 20% to participate in more than 1 well if it shows immediate promise.
If you like the risk/reward of the O&G industry, your in the right spot. This is a doozy !!!
