White Knuckle death grip on my shares here senior. I'm going to either weather this storm successfully or go down with the ship. I still believe in these two companies, I have for several years now, and have know for over 2 decades what their role in housing is all about. Might not be at the toast have a 3 month old, but hell who knows, I'm an optimist by nature so I see the brighter side of things, death to those who oppose Fannie and Freddie the twins must be allowed to live a prosperous life and continue their wealth creation for the lower and middle classes, cause that's the only way that these two classes will have any type of stability in their golden years.

Still long and I enjoyed my reconnaissance trip to the Wynn Thursday. Classy place! I approve! I only had 15 minutes to play blackjack, but the dealer, Vin (female) was very nice to me. I'll be back with a little more to play at the Toast! I picked my chair at Parasol Up. I have the picture as soon as I can figure out how to upload it I will!

I am still holding core+, only had the sack to unload 10% on the gap to the sixes. Core+ will be held through release, core will be held through return of divvies. Look at the technicals and not last time we were at these levels sp was below 1.50, fundementally we are in a much better position than when we were last at these levels.

Wynn FnF Restoration Celebration Toast

Never fails. Always got to have one of these Vegas bs trips involved with every big lotto play.

FnF won't be restored without a court order....which (if) will only come after the SCOTUS decides the 5th amendment takings claim.

FnF may never be restored. They may be reconstituted into different legal entities. Recovery for common in either a takings outcome or a reconstitution will rely solely on an enterprise valuation, just as if FnF were re-organized or liquidated in a bankruptcy.

Lest I remind what happened to those bondholders in the GM bankruptcy....Judge Gerber upended the priority scheme at the behest of the government and some of that is still in court.

It will be years before any outcome, good or bad. You've got plenty of time to make reservations (or cancel).
