No way are they going to sale ILNS for debt + .025 to .05 cents per 350 O/S which if my numbers are right is about 22 to 25 million.

If a sale occurs its going to be minimum 100 million to 300 million if not more.

Intellect is in operation even if its way to quite.You Got a acting CEO/CFO and another director and major holders.I think it would be better to get a cash infusion 5 to 10 million and continue operations and moving the pipeline ahead then sale.
