It's more of a justification thing for me. I have available cash in my account already. Sell some stocks with less potential.....invest equal funds in Eltp. Once funds settle, available cash at my disposal once again. Always keep some dough ready to go cause you never know.

You should be able to buy with unsettled funds, but you can't sell until the funds are settled. At least that is the case for me.
