My full understanding of the situatino was the price dropped so fast one couldn't type fast enoguh to save their own asses, twice.
Just my two cents on alerts, which probably work great on low voloatility stocks traded on teh big boards and not on OTC. This is no mans lands, there are no warnings or impending landslides or sudden upheavals.
