The SEC needs to step up these investigations on CEO led PR's that manipulate an existing rumor. Rumors that lead to speculation that leads to a PR that leads to a Website thats doing nothing thats causing fraud. Nothing tangible here not even Revenue.

Well this much can be said SMS. The company has nothing to do with if people buy or not and only the people themselves who are buying are responsible for DD and evaluation of the DD. Since any company could put out a PR indicating their intentions are this or that it doesn't mean that they are telling a lie. If in fact the actual conversation took place, etc. that it would not be a lie. More important is since if you bought solely on the PR then you took the risk that it may or many not be true and may or may not ever happen. Filing a complaint will do you no good as the response would be that you and you alone are the sole responsibility and the Safe harbor act makes you aware of that prior to any decision to buy.
