You don't need to be personal in attacking me. I pointed out the facts. The plan is to use shares as a repayment conduit. There are no absolutes in oil/gas production, and no history of significant product sales. PEII can only confirm product does potentially exist. The statement that the 15 billion shares won't ever be touched is extremely misleading to potential and current investors. There is no other way to repay the loan until there is sufficient production sales.
If there is product and PEII spends $10 million on bringing it to market, then .01 is not reasonable. Not at this point in development..Not reasonable at all.
