Firstly, he cannot say this kind of information. Conflict of interest.
Secondly, it is a wrong information to cheat the shareholders. For sure, many of them have bought a lot of shares because of that.

Thirdly, he is dumping more
Fourthly, no audit with money, he forward money for his racing passion.
