dang this is getting funny. every single time i find a way to proove u guys wrong :) LOL Unlike companies on a stock exchange, companies quoted on the pink sheets system do not need to meet minimum requirements or file with the SEC so ur saying because they did not file about the sale of their gas they are a scam? that is not an accurate statement sorry buddy.
