I Bet you are 100% right rcaptain as to why the share price did not hold up to the highs today. no problem IF ?? this was the case they did have to pay off this $290,918.00 past debts to clear the way for this R/M to be completed on time, in fact I hope this was the real reason , IF?? So that's fine with me, just as long as starting tomorrow no more dilution of additional shares is needed at this time at least. IMO
Hopefully starting tomorrow we will have no more diluting of additional shares and we just might see the .02's or more starting tomorrow going forward.

Not saying they don't have additional debt or operating expenses from now until closing that would require some dilution but the debt just needs to be under this amount. It could be $290,918.64 and that would satisfy the agreement.
