Hi Clive,
That video does look comprehensive, too bad I can't understand it. Emailed the bookseller a few moments ago. It's been 11 days since I ordered an "original" first printed copy of "How to make.." from 1977. Probably mailed it media mail or parcel post. In either event I could of walked from Indiana to South Carolina(where bookseller is located) and walk back by now, maybe twice. Best regards, Ken
