Just to correct the constant misinformation about the form 4s.

Every set of four form 4s is one transaction. I believe they sold about 2.3% of their common shares if memory serves.....And that money has to go to Elite for milestones...

And what milestones...did you see the Isradipine PR today...that is what for. Epic picks up the approval, transfer, manufacturing and launch costs
