I commented to Ed about credit card fee's how big restaurant chains could be a great source of revenues. Any thoughts? I know there are many that take the % out of servers tips. One chain, and not a big one in Philly just got a judgment of 8M against them. I know another franchise, a popular highend steakhouse had a judgment of 10 M just for their NYC store. Resurant chains hate paying the fee more than anyone.
