BigK, good things will happen soon. Soon, is a relative term, but soon. This is why I have a pretty large personal stake invested in CTIX.

I disagree, although it's not like it's hard to be near sighted and doubt that Kevetrin is already working.

We don't have a sense of the statistical significance of the p21 activation. It was activated in 4 out of 5 patients at low dosages by a small amount. It's almost certainly well within the range of statistical error, so it's very hard to say how significant that news was. Personally I want more convincing of this by re-running these tests at the higher doses we've already reached, and I'm disappointed we haven't already done this.

It's also not clear to me that it will be effective in combination trials. I don't see how this could be clear until it's actually tested in combination with other drugs in humans. Do you know of examples off the top of your head of other drugs that demonstrated this before actually being tested in combination?

I think Cellceutix was overvalued a year ago, and as such has somewhat grown into its shoes. I'm curious, but what do you think a fair value is for CTIX at this point in time?

I also think the starting of additional trials, while very exciting, shouldn't necessarily result in a share price increase, as it's adding more cost and risk. We still don't know if K/P work in humans. Especially in regards to K, a single drug failing can cause a downward spiral and easily lead to the company's collapse. I don't think it's necessarily the case or even likely that should one of our drugs fail that we'll get two more shots.
