It's not an assumption, its fact. They have no website and the office number listed on the last PR they sent out over a year ago doesn't work. The volume seen here doesn't amount to that much money, so maybe it's just market makers exchanging inventory. I hope there is a company still there somewhere, love to get some of my money back from this promoted scam.. But to say you "believe" in a company where this no proof they still exist, is a statement made with a clear agenda..imo
