Blog states percentage ownership in Blink, i-mobilize whole-subsidiary?
Your IR response and blog post substantiates the idea that MRNJ does not have full ownership, as stated:
"Our app division i-Mobilize was contracted this week to develop a messaging service app similar to Snapchat but with a unique twist and advanced security features. Metatron will receive revenue share and a percentage ownership, and more apps being negotiated as part of a larger overall deal." 11/26/2013 blog
If i-mobilize is a wholly owned subsidiary and only in house people are creating the app, then why revenue and percentage ownership negotiations? That doesn't make sense to me. I believe http://metatroninc.com/our-companies/ shows wholly-owned subsidiary.
My point was that full revenue ownership would give higher revenues imo. If it's not, we won't know full revenue details per app and high rankings won't necessarily equate to huge revenue increases, particularly if revs are split. The part that says revenue share and percentage ownership would imply MRNJ doesn't get the full revenue benefit of Blink. Apparently it doesn't matter if it's an in house app.
I believe there are per app revenue details that can be paid for on some app ranking sites, so I don't understand why this information is not given to investors. I'd think MRNJ would have access to that information, that is revenues per app. That information would be more important than rankings alone imo.
