BCIT - Looks like FINRA's arbitrators are going to be in for quite a tough road ahead. How many others are masquerading as something that they are not?

Is this why TDA, Scottrade, ETrade, Fidelity, Oppenheimer, etc. feel as if they could get away with securities and tax fraud, with OTC Pinks such as BCIT?
