Bullshit. I prefer reality. The plastic-filled monofills have double-liner multiple layer barriers according to RKT. Here's an example:

Multi-layer design. You can see in the figure in the link that the monofill waste is between layers every time. It's not mixed with dirt. That would defeat the purpose of a monofill. Mono = one. rofl
