Tune out the tripe this is a blatant trading sham there is no company no reverse splits, no mergers, nada, nothing. Anyone thinking that by buying this totally worthless security thinking they will receive proceeds if the shell is sold should think again since the buyer of a shell is not buying the security in fact if it is sold new cusips will be allocated to the new entity.
