IMO People need to take into account how FROZ trades as it is now, and not how APT mgmt. will run it....

There are still only a few MMs, and they have a tight control over the SP.

IMO Until the merger is finalised, only PRs or upward buying pressure from short covering will bring the SP over the .02 - .03 level.

Just my take on things. I hope the SP reacts more optimistically than my predictions.

I just hope FROZ doesn't take to long to PR the 8-k ...
