#1997 RE: WhiteSahara #1996

Dear Mr. Airdale1

You seem to be misinformed about the CONTRACT. It's not a 10 year contract yet but merely a Trial Period which can be null and void within 60 days.

6.2 Trial Period. The period commencing upon 30 days advance notice from CSMG to
DuPont that the CSMG Facilities are ready to commence deliveries of Gas and
continuing for a period of thirty (30) days thereafter shall be considered to be
a trial period (the "Trial Period") during which time CSMG shall satisfy itself
as to the effectiveness of its system and confirm that the Gas meets the
Specifications. DuPont reserves the right, at the end of this Trial Period, to
terminate this Agreement without penalty by the provision of written notice
within thirty (30) days following the end of the Trial Period if it is
determined that the quality of Gas delivered by CSMG during the Trial Period
does not meet the Specifications.

Nice, A1, but the truth is, all these that look for ways to discredit CTUM, are actually either persons holding short positions (stupid), or persons who swing their shares, and seek to buy back in via the shake(selfish). It's as simple as that.

You will notice them appear after each run, when they have sold, and want back in, for cheaper. It's a very predictable pattern with the unscrupulous. Like clockwork.

Kinda gives me something to look forward to, though. It's like:

Defending the perfect beast. He (the beast) doesn't need the help, but ya like to do it anyhow, especially, since it comes so easy!

Remember folks, they will come like clockwork!
