Frustrated.....maybe just maybe.....tutes bought right up to the 5% threshold of common stock and will go 5% plus once their E-series are allowed to be converted?????

I would do that if I wanted to be in confidentially until the >$3 dollar mark where PPHM is pretty much on their way and I could move forward with my 10% ownership and have confidence..

It is only a surprise for those that have unrealistic expectations. NYAS is not a forum for "earth shattering" news. All IMO ;-)
