JohnnyO - I have been ripped off by the brokers who sold me shares(not URHG shares) that didn't exist. Is that what you are talking about?

My broker made a risk decision to take my money and put markers in my account instead of real shares. They settled ex-clearing internally and I have IOU's in my account. Then they have people bash the stock from off-shore locations.

Is that what you are talking about ?
