In Canada, I would agree, Seeking Alpha and Pump Terminator would get their butts handed to him. Canada is not a place one wants to be when verbally saying or printing things that are negative. In Canada, you could be sued for saying negative things even when they are true if it causes damages!

Exactly, there is no right to anonymity in the first amendment. It may take months, but eventually Pump Terminator will be outed as SA will have no choice. Once a summons is issued by a court, it must be served or show cause why it should not. SA will not be successful in showing cause for protecting PT.
