They are not the only one. However, the J&J product seems to be an antibody and (without having looked it up further) may have to be injected. Prurisol is being tried as tablets to be swallowed. That is a definite advantage if it works.
The real questions about Prurisol are about patents. CTIX still has not heard on the patent application. There are some potential concerns on this front. The other thing is how much you trust the mouse pitures.
