Yep, I almost forgot about that fiasco. All of those folks came from Smurfit-Stone, which had been recently acquired by RKT. I'll bet it left a sour taste. Its why Heddle was cheered by shareholders for stepping in last summer.

Heddle put millions of his own money into JBI, and he had put in more over the years as he watched the company develop. I heard Rauber and Bogolin worked 2 days/wk. and just mooched options and a golden termination agreement. No skin in the game and may not have had the best interests of shareholders in mind.

Wasn't RKT suppose to provide JBI with free plastic. Didn't an x-employee of RKT who was hired by Rauber sell tons of contaminated RKT plastic to JBI.
