I know it wasn't addressed to me but I believe AMMX's role is more than just one of negotiator for this contract. To what extent AMMX is involved I don't think we'll know right now but the fact that they are at all is incredible.

Personally I think Lee has a lot of insights into how this MASSIVE influx of capital into Niger can best be managed and to that extent he can perform the role of a project manager, of sorts. I think AMMX maybe has been contracted out by the Nigerien government to help determine what to DO with all these trucks (or at least provide insights into what to do with them) once they're in country.

The relationship that is going to result from this is incredible.

That's not negative at all. A very good question. My guess is that Lee knew of the truck need that Niger had, most likely from previous dealings with Africa, and he became the answer to fulfilling the need. It sounded like the trucks were not initially going to come from China but, due to costs and funding, the Chinese trucks became the answer. To be honest, I'm not sure how Lee or AmeraMex became involved as a go between these two countries. Since Lee has been in involved with Africa since at least 2005, and there are pictures of him hunting game in Africa on his facebook page, I would think he is somehow connected over there. All this is speculation my friend! Please send an email to Marty (IR) asking this. I'm sure we'd all love to know the answer and I believe she would honestly tell you.

There are brokers for every deal. Have you bought any stock lately without going thru a middleman of some type?

Hey we even have clergy that act as brokers to enhance our relationship with God.

Merchants, brokers and dealers are all part of business and commerce. Think about it. Up where I live you can deal direct with a farmer, but many in the cities must have some sort of intermediary to get food to the city. In our own country you buy a vehicle thru a dealer. So, what is so strange about Niger using the expertise of AXXM to get what vehicles they desire? And it is easy to say I need a truck, But if you have certain uses for that truck, you may need someone to tell you exactly what kind of truck will meet that or varied needs. There are many benefits to having a deal brokered by a middleman. Could even be used as a scape goat if all does not go well either before or after the deal.

One more thing - in his DD, Nupapa found a Chinese equipment company that had Hamre Equipment posted and referenced on their website. It was our belief at the time that the two were somehow affiliated. This could possibly be another reason AMMX is in the middle here. Just a thought.
