okdoke--just an opinion, but I find it extremely hard to believe that a co. the size of Sprint, didn't thoroughly
reseach a "brand name" PRIOR to any publicity. As far as I
am concerned, the only chance of RMSI receiving monies is if
it was agreed to long ago and not subject to legal maneuvering. That may have cause the "E30" switch which made
no sense at the time, but is starting to make sense now.
They may have "sold" the name to sprint.
