That was either the MM's manipulation sale or someone's sale error... Who would sell 1K shares at 0.0001 when the previous sale was just 15K shares at 0.0023?

If they were diluting shares why wouldnt they sell them 1000 at a time at .05 or .25 where they are actually benefiting financially, if they sell so low the shares they have left are worth less, eventually there would be so many shares outstanding that it would have a hard time climbing away from .0001. But it benifits no one "even them " to sell so cheap
