If you placed this stock at 4x current sales, the market cap would be much lower. STSI doesn't even have anything in phase 1 yet. You can't value it off of sales of some mythical drug. Lots of companies who have business plans like STSI, trade OTC with market caps well below the almost 150 million that STSI currently has.
