Yes, I'm feeling a bit more confident. I've always been confident really, but I, somewhat perversely, have found the higher valutions of the FnF preferreds to be worrisome. The legislation should be ok if there is a 10 year transition. The litigation should work out ok because I can't really see how we can lose on every single point that the legal teams are making. The litigants have numerous lines of argument, and something should stick. I'm not a lawyer, and I'm not completely up to speed so take that for what it's worth, lol.
