I think you make a very good point, Thunderfoot. I agree with you.

Mike said, in his 3/21/14 PR, "On another note, the Company states that the principal of its judgment holder, will not be merging his private business into GDSM or its Colorado subsidiary, MJ Acquisition Corp."

I think Mike was just trying to clarify a misconception by some shareholders. Over the past several weeks, several shareholders were trying to speculate as to who might merge with GDSM. These shareholders were convinced it had to be Chris's(one of Gelpid's principals) private business, and they (some shareholders) were promoting it as such, which was incorrect. Mike's PR was simply clearing up that speculation once and for all, period!! IMO

And, apparently, many shareholders were badgering Chris. So, Mike felt that he needed to squash this speculation with the comment he made in his PR. He had to get people off of Chris's back. IMO

I think confusion and rampant speculation by some shareholders came about because of the company's PR on 3/4/14, which stated,

1."The Company received a revised term sheet from Gelpid, our judgment holder, yesterday and is being reviewed. The Company believes that good progress is being made."

2. "In conversations with one of Gelpid's principals and through additional due diligence into the marijuana industry, the Company believes that opportunity exists to participate in the growth via acquisition/construction of "turn-key" grow facilities, as well as, retail dispensary locations. Both would have identical looks to create a recognizable brand for roll out into other locations/states as laws are changed."

3. "Given the capital required to pursue this strategy, the Company, via its subsidiary, would propose to be the general partner and raise capital from private investors. Obviously, the Company would retain an interest and control the brand."

I think, in the 3/4/14 PR, Mike was only trying to state that Chris (one of Gelpid's principals) with his vast knowledge about the marijuana industry was only trying to assist with helping GDSM move in the right direction in the up-and-coming Marijuana industry. Again, some shareholders misinterpreted this #2 statement above to mean that Chris's private company was going to merge with GDSM, which was clearly a wrong perception.

Good Luck to all. I sure hope this all works out to be a very successful company. I feel confident it will in the long run.
